AI Expenses is designed to keep your data on your device. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
Nothing. AI Expenses and its developer do not operate any server, do not require an account, do not receive your receipts, expenses, photos or any other content from the app, and do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
AI Expenses includes an optional iCloud Sync feature, off by default. If you turn it on, your expenses (including receipt photos and item photos), your categories, and your glossary of corrected names are stored in your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit and iCloud key-value storage, so they can appear on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer of AI Expenses has no access to this data, and it is never shared with any third party.
You can decline any permission or turn it off later in the iPhone Settings app. The rest of the app keeps working.
None of these connections include your receipts, expenses, or photos.

Each service handles requests under its own privacy policy, such as the Apple Privacy Policy.
Deleting an expense in the app removes it from your device, and deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. If you used iCloud Sync, you can delete AI Expenses data in the iPhone Settings app under [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
AI Expenses summarizes what you have saved. It does not connect to your bank or cards and does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.
AI Expenses does not knowingly collect any information from children, because it does not collect information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.

AI記帳的設計原則是把你的資料留在裝置上。這份政策說明這個 App 會、以及不會對你的資料做什麼。
什麼都不收集。AI記帳跟開發者本身沒有任何伺服器，不需要帳號，不會接收你的收據、支出、照片或任何其他 App 內容，也沒有使用任何分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK。
AI記帳有一個可選的 iCloud 同步功能，預設關閉。如果你打開它，你的支出（含收據照片與品項照片）、類別與「我的對照表」會透過 Apple 的 CloudKit 與 iCloud 鍵值儲存，存進你自己的私人 iCloud 帳號，讓同一個 Apple ID 登入的其他裝置也能看到。AI記帳的開發者無法存取這份資料，也不會分享給任何第三方。
每個權限都可以不給，或之後在 iPhone「設定」裡關掉，App 其他功能照常可用。
以下連線都不會送出你的收據、支出或照片。

這些服務依各自的隱私權政策處理請求，例如 Apple 隱私權政策。
在 App 裡刪除支出就會從裝置移除；刪除 App 會移除裝置上的全部資料。如果打開過 iCloud 同步，可以到 iPhone「設定」›［你的名字］› iCloud › 管理儲存空間，刪除 AI記帳的資料。
AI記帳只整理你存下的資料，不會連結你的銀行或信用卡，也不提供稅務、會計或理財建議。
AI記帳不會在明知情況下收集任何兒童的資料——因為它本來就不收集任何人的資料。
如果這份政策有異動，更新版本會用同一個網址發布，並更新上方的「最後更新」日期。
