No. Finding to-dos and dates, reading photos, and speech recognition all run on your
device. Nothing is uploaded for recognition.
What does iCloud Sync do?
It's optional and off by default. When you turn it on, your notes and to-dos (including
photos) are stored in your own iCloud account so they show up on your other devices signed in
with the same Apple ID. Nothing is shared with us or with anyone else.
Does AI Notes add events or reminders automatically?
No. You review each suggestion first, and events or reminders are added only when you
choose to add them.
Why is an AI feature missing on my device?
AI features that need Apple Intelligence only appear when your device supports it and the
on-device model is ready. Go to Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri to check availability.
The app remains fully usable without it — dates and events are still found by rules.
