AI Cards is designed to keep your data on your device. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
Nothing. AI Cards and its developer do not operate any server, do not receive your card photos, extracted text, or any other content from the app, and do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
AI Cards includes an optional iCloud Sync feature, off by default. If you turn it on, your cards (including photos) are stored in your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, so they can appear on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This data is stored in a private database that only you can access — the developer of AI Cards has no access to it, and it is never shared with any third party.
AI Cards only requests access to Contacts or Reminders when you explicitly tap an action ("Save to Contacts" or "Set Reminder") after reviewing the suggested information on screen. Nothing is written to your Contacts or Reminders automatically.
AI Cards is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from children, because it does not collect information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.

AI名片簿的設計原則是把你的資料留在裝置上。這份政策誠實說明這個 App 會、以及不會對你的資料做什麼。
什麼都不收集。 AI名片簿跟開發者本身沒有任何伺服器，不會接收你的名片照片、辨識出的文字，或任何其他 App 內容，也沒有使用任何分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK。
AI名片簿有一個可選的 iCloud 同步功能，預設關閉。如果你打開它，你的名片（含照片）會透過 Apple 的 CloudKit 存進你自己的私人 iCloud 帳號，讓同一個 Apple ID 登入的其他裝置也能看到。這份資料存在只有你能存取的私有資料庫裡——AI名片簿的開發者無法存取，也不會分享給任何第三方。
AI名片簿只有在你明確點擊「儲存到通訊錄」或「設定提醒」、並且已經看過畫面上的建議內容之後，才會請求存取通訊錄或提醒事項的權限。不會有任何內容被自動寫入。
AI名片簿不是針對兒童設計的 App，也不會在明知情況下收集任何兒童的資料——因為它本來就不收集任何人的資料。
如果這份政策有異動，更新版本會用同一個網址發布，並更新上方的「最後更新」日期。
